Be aware that, depending on the ambient temperature or the type of lubricant, the pump elements might need around 10 minutes to become fully operational. Another potential cause is air bubbles in the lubricant. To resolve this, try loosening the screwed outlet fitting on the pump element and letting the pump run until the lubricant flows without air bubbles. Also, the suction borehole of the pump element might be clogged. In this case, disassemble the pump element and check for any foreign particles lodged in the suction borehole, removing them if found.
