11. Add brake fluid to MAX level inside reservoir.
Master Cylinder Fluid Level
Between the MIN line and the MAX line of
reservoir.
12. Install master cylinder reservoir cover.
13. Field test machine at low speed before putting
into service. Check for proper braking action and
pedal reserve. With pedal firmly applied, pedal
reserve should be no less than 1/2 " (1.3cm ).
14. Check brake system for fluid leaks and inspect all
hoses and lines for wear or abrasion. Replace hose
if w ear or abrasion is found.
5.6 PARKING BRAKE AND BRAKE LINE INSPECTION
1. Inspect the spring on the parking brake lever
assembly.
