The blacklist monitors the selected telephone numbers for the assigned
subscribers. If a blacklisted telephone number is dialled, the subscriber
hears a busy tone. The blacklist is divided into the exclusion area and the
release area. The release area defines exceptions within the blacklist.
Depending on the area, 5 entries can each be made, consisting of 6
figures each. If a subscriber has the authorisation to make international
calls, none of the phone or fax numbers they dial starting with 00 will be
checked by the blacklist.
