Which Gigaclear fibre box do you have?
Identify which wall-mounted Gigaclear fibre box
you have installed at your property and then go
to the step shown and follow the instructions.
Please call Customer Operations on 01865
591131 and request that your service be
‘bridged’ to complete your router upgrade.
DO NOT proceed until you have called
Customer Operations.
Bridging will take between 5 minutes and
half an hour, the agent will advise you on the
phone. You may see the lights on the wall unit
go off at certain points. Now go to step 3.
