If you have an issue, please call Ed Kauffman at Pleasant Valley Teardrop Trailers at 330-852-4811 to troubleshoot.
In the event a warranty claim needs to be submitted, please complete the following steps:

In the event your trailer’s VIN does not start with 1P9, you may still receive troubleshooting/assistance and/or parts for repair.

If the date is outside of the warranty coverage (1 year from date of purchase), we are happy to help resolve any issue but if the issue
has arisen outside of the standard warranty period (specific components excluded), it is more than likely that the client will have to
contribute towards the repair.
Step 3: Assess the issue, document it and create an estimate. Fax it, along with this form, to 330-852-7065. For authorization,
please address it to the attention of Ed Kauffman.
Step 4: For visually evident damage or construction related issues, we request that pictures be sent along with a description of the
symptoms to ed@pleasantvalleytrailers.com – if you think you know the cause, please include that as well.
