1. Remove the grill on top of the oven.
Note: The grill will be attached with ties. Remove
and discard all packaging materials.
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver (not included) remove
the screw and battery compartment cover.
3. Install three (3) 1.5V AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not
included) making sure the (+) and (-) ends face the
proper direction as indicated inside the battery
compartment.
4. Replace the compartment cover and tighten the
screw. Then, replace the grill.
Before assembly, an adult must install fresh alkaline
batteries (not included) in the unit. Heres how:

This document describes the Little Tikes® First Oven, a toy designed for children aged 2+ years, requiring adult assembly.

Function Description

The Little Tikes® First Oven is an interactive toy oven that simulates cooking experiences for children. It features realistic sounds and lights, allowing children to engage in imaginative play. The oven includes various accessories such as a cookie sheet, frying pan, spatula, and play food items like bacon, steak, cookies, and a fried egg, enhancing the play experience. The toy is designed to be user-friendly with simple knob and button controls.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Power Source: The unit requires 3 x AA (LR6) alkaline batteries (not included).
  • Battery Installation: Adult assembly is required for battery installation. The battery compartment is located on top of the oven, under the grill.

Usage Features

  • Interactive Controls: The oven features knobs that can be turned clockwise to activate sounds and counter-clockwise to turn them off. A button is also present to turn on/off sounds or lights.
  • Lights and Sounds: Pressing the button once activates timer sounds and turns on the oven's lights. Opening the oven door also turns on the lights, and closing it turns them off.
  • Sleep Mode: To conserve battery power, the product enters sleep mode after 30 seconds of inactivity. Any knob turn or button press will reactivate it.
  • Assembly: Adult assembly is required. Key steps include:
    1. Removing the back wall, top panel, and shelf from the oven, and discarding packaging materials.
    2. Inserting the top panel onto the back wall, ensuring alignment of openings.
    3. Securing the top panel with screws on each side, turning the screws to lock them in place.
    4. Sliding the front of the oven into the back wall, aligning all openings.
    5. Inserting three screws on each side and one on the bottom, ensuring they enter both openings, and turning them to lock.
    6. Sliding the shelf into the brackets inside the oven.
