Overview

This document is an instruction manual for a LIVOO Deep Fryer, model DOC216, version 1.4, in English.

Function Description

The LIVOO Deep Fryer is designed for household use to deep-fry various food items. It operates as an "open" frying system, ensuring professional results and ease of cleaning. The appliance is equipped with an adjustable thermostat and indicator lamps to control the frying temperature. It is specifically designed for use with oil or liquid fat and is not suitable for solid fat, as solid fat may contain water which can cause hot fat to be sprayed out when heated. The deep fryer includes a basket for holding food during frying and a lid for storage.
