This document is an instruction manual for a Livoo deep fryer, model DOC237. It provides essential information for safe operation, technical specifications, usage instructions, and maintenance guidelines.
Function Description:
The Livoo deep fryer is an appliance designed for household use, specifically for frying food in oil or liquid fat. It allows users to prepare various fried dishes by heating oil to a desired temperature and immersing food in it using a basket. The appliance is not intended for outdoor use or for operation with solid fat, as solid fat may contain water and cause hot fat to spray out when heated. It should never be switched on without oil or fat, nor should any other liquids or substances be placed in the pan.

- Remove the lid.
- Fill the tank with the desired amount of oil, ensuring it is between the minimum and maximum levels.
- Plug in the appliance; the red indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the thermostat button to select the desired temperature. The green indicator light will illuminate and then go off once the selected temperature is reached.
- Use the handle to place the basket, filled with food (up to 2/3 max), into the deep fryer. The basket should never be filled while immersed in oil.
- Once food is fried, lift the basket using the handle until it clicks into the drain position, allowing excess oil to drain.

Maintenance Features:
Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the appliance's longevity and safe operation.
- Cooling Down: Always disconnect the appliance from the power socket and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. The heating element can remain hot for a long time after disconnection.

- Basket and Handle Cleaning: The basket and its handle can be cleaned in warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly before reuse.
- Internal Cleaning: When replacing the oil, the inside of the deep fryer can also be cleaned. First, wipe the inside with a paper towel, then with a cloth dipped in soapy water, and finally with a damp cloth. Allow it to dry thoroughly.
- Lid Cleaning: The lid is removable to facilitate easier cleaning of the deep fryer.
- Heating Element/Control Panel: The heating element and control panel must never be immersed in water or other liquids.
