Why can't I enter WLAN code characters on my Loewe Connect ID 55 DR+?

  If you can't enter the characters from your wireless router's WLAN code for network configuration on your Loewe TV, it's because the device doesn't support all special characters. To solve this, change the WLAN key of the router.

  If your Loewe TV isn't finding any wireless routers when searching, it could be that the router isn't ready for wireless communication. Check your wireless router and try connecting again a few minutes later.

Why a file is not displayed in the MediaPortal on my Loewe TV?

  If a file is visible on your media server but not showing in the MediaPortal on your Loewe TV, the file might not be made available by your media server. Change to your media server. For this, also read the chapter Technical data, section Media – Media server software.
