Why is there no sound coming from my LOG Cube?
    • J
      John RossJul 28, 2025
Several factors could be causing the lack of sound from your LOG Speakers. First, check if mute mode is active and deactivate it by pressing the “Mute“ or “Volume up +“ button on the remote. Also, ensure the audio source is close enough to the audio system. Verify that you are connected to “PROLOG“ via Bluetooth, AirPlay® or UPnP/DLNA; disconnect and reconnect if needed. Confirm that the power plugs of both the CUBE and the PROLOG are securely connected to the power outlet. Finally, check that the audio source volume is not muted and gradually increase it.

What to do if LOG Speakers audio playback has recurring short failures?
    • B
      Brett BensonAug 1, 2025
If you're experiencing recurring short failures of audio playback with your LOG Speakers, the issue might stem from a poor connection to the audio source via Bluetooth or WiFi. Ensure the audio source is close to the PROLOG and free from interference. Try reducing the distance between the audio source and the speaker, or restart both your PROLOG and your Bluetooth source. For WiFi connections, reduce the distance from your audio source to your PROLOG. Restart your PROLOG and your AirPlay® or UPnP/DLNA source. If issues persist with WiFi, consider contacting a wireless network specialist.
