Why is there no sound coming from my LOG IMAGE?
    • P
      Patricia HaydenJul 28, 2025
There are several reasons why your LOG Speakers might not be producing sound. First, check if mute mode is active and deactivate it by pressing the “Mute“ or “Volume up +“ button on the remote. Check the connections: ensure a proper Bluetooth or WiFi connection, and if needed, reduce the distance between your audio source and the speaker. Verify that you are connected to “PROLOG“ via Bluetooth, AirPlay® or DLNA, disconnecting and reconnecting if necessary. Confirm that the power plug is correctly connected. Finally, ensure the audio source isn't muted and slowly increase its volume.

Why does my LOG IMAGE Speakers have recurring short failures of audio playback?
    • M
      Manuel BurtonAug 14, 2025
Recurring short failures of audio playback from your LOG Speakers may be due to a bad connection. If you're using Bluetooth, ensure the audio source is close to the speaker and free from interference; try reducing the distance or restarting both devices. For WiFi connections, reduce the distance between your audio source and the speaker or your wireless router. Restart your devices. If you have PROLOG 2, a weak home network could be the issue; try moving the speaker closer to the router, using a LAN cable, or restarting the devices.

Why are my LOG IMAGE Speakers playing multiple audio signals at once?
    • M
      Melanie MorrisAug 21, 2025
If your LOG Speakers are playing multiple audio signals simultaneously, you likely have unintentional playback from multiple sources. Stop playing one or more unwanted sources, such as analog input, digital input, Bluetooth, AirPlay® or DLNA.
