Multi-Stage Cooking
For Multi-Stage Cooking, please follow the steps below.
For instance: If you want to defrost food for 5 minutes, and then cook it with 100% microwave power for 5
minutes, and then cook it with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes.

You can set a maximum of 3 stages for Multi-Stage Cooking only when the time defrosting is set
as the first stage. The microwave will sound and pause after 2/3 of the running time has elapsed.
Open the door and rotate the food. Close the microwave and then press the Start button to
restart defrosting. If you required two-stage cooking only, simply follow step 2-9. Quick start
cooking and weight defrosting are not available in Multi-Stage Cooking.
1. Press the Defrost By Time button and the
LED display will show ”: 0”. Press the Numeric
buttons to enter the defrosting leadtime by
pressing “5“, “0“, “0“, and the LED display will
show ”5:00”.
2. Press the 2-Stage Cooking button to set up
the second stage cooking. The LED display will
show ”1S”.
3. Press the Microwave button once and the LED
display will show ”P10”.
4. Press the Time button and then enter the
cooking time by pressing “5“, “0“, “0“. The LED
display will show ”5:00”.
5. Press the 2-Stage Cooking button to set up
the third stage cooking. The LED display will
show ”2S”.
6. Press the Microwave button once and then
select the 80% microwave power by pressing
“8”. The LED display will show “P8 “.
7. Press the Time button once and then enter the cooking time by pressing “7“, “0“, “0“. The LED display
will show ”7:00”.
8. Press the Start button to confirm. The microwave will sound once to indicate it has started the
defrosting. The microwave will sound again as it starts the microwave cooking (the second and the
third cooking stages). Upon completion, the microwave will sound three times.
9. Press the Stop/Clear button to pause the cooking. Press the Stop/Clear button again to cancel the
setting.
