1.8 Solder on thermistor
Equipment Required:
• Fine tip temperature controlled soldering iron
Procedure
1. Place pre-bent & trimmed thermistor in sensor cup, inserting legs into holes in PCBA.
Thermistor should be trimmed & pre-bent as below:-
2. Place in thermistor soldering heat-sinking fixture
3. Carefully solder the legs to the pads.
