3. MANUFACTURING PHASE 3
This phase of manufacture involves customisation, labelling & barcode serialisation (if required) and
packing of tested product.
The customisation software also automatically counts the Logtags for a given production order.
3.1 Customisation
Reason for stage:
To setup product for shipping and to count and record LogTag serial numbers for given shipments .
Equipment required:-
• PC installed with Windows 7 and the Logtag Customisation software package Installation version
2.8 build 77 or later
• PC must have RS232 communications port 1 (COM1) available or USB port available if the USB
interface supported version is installed.
• LogTag RS232 interface plugged into RS232 COM1 or USB interface if the USB version of the test
installed.
• Barcode Scanner (PS/2 or USB interface HID compliant)
