How to fix error of measurement on Lookee LK-A2?
    • D
      Donald HensonAug 7, 2025
If the Lookee Blood Pressure Monitor shows an error during measurement, it might be due to excessive noise interfering with the pulse signal detection. To resolve this, rest for a couple of minutes, adjust the cuff, remain still and quiet, and avoid any movement or talking during the measurement.

Why does my Lookee Blood Pressure Monitor give incorrect readings?
    • D
      daisywilcoxAug 12, 2025
If the sphygmomanometers fail to measure blood pressure frequently, or the blood pressure is abnormally high or low, re-set the correct cuff. If the left upper arm of the belt is covered with sleeves or other clothing, please take off and re-measure blood pressure.

What to do if Lookee Blood Pressure Monitor cuff won't release air?
    • L
      Lisa TranAug 18, 2025
If the Lookee Blood Pressure Monitor releases the cuff's air pressure slowly, or not at all after pressurization, it may be due to the plastic ring on the hose's air hole connection in the arm belt falling off. Please reattach the plastic ring and try measuring again.

Why Lookee LK-A2 Blood Pressure Monitor inflates but no pressure?
    • K
      kclaytonAug 26, 2025
If your Lookee Blood Pressure Monitor's air pump is inflating but the arm pressure isn't rising, check the hose connection for any air leakage. Also, ensure the hose is fully inserted into the socket.

What to do if static pressure exceeds protection point on Lookee LK-A2?
    • L
