What to do if my Lowry Clock Radio GSIPDS1001 has no sound?

If your Lowry Clock Radio GSIPDS1001 isn't producing sound, here are a few things to check: * Ensure your iPod is correctly docked. * Increase the volume using the "Volume" button and check the volume on the docked iPod/iPhone. * Confirm your iPod is playing and a track is selected. * Make sure your iPod is running the latest Apple software (check at Http://www.apple.com/ipod/download). * If you've recently docked/undocked the iPod, remove it, wait 5 seconds, re-dock it. If the issue persists, unplug the power cable for 1 minute, then plug it back in to reset the system.
