Check all hydraulic hoses and pipes for damaged
or failed with the engine off and the bucket on the
ground. Check for signs of leaks and make sure all
fittings are tight.
For safe operation, check that the lock pins and
ring pins are inserted into the holes of the frame
before operating.
The Backhoe operation is based on tractor
hydraulic system. Check the hydraulic level of
tractor daily before operating the machine.
Replenish the oil as described in the tractor
operator's manual.
Lubricate at all grease nipple of pivot pins as refer
to "Lubrication Quick Figure".
Check cylinder rod packings. If there is seepage,
service as needed
Check all hydraulic lines, hoses and connections. If
there is leak or damage, replace or service as
needed.
Check all pivot pin bolts. Replace if missing.
Check friction of all pivot pins. Replace if
necessary.
