What to do if my Lumex Personal Care Products control box is not responding and the relay isn't clicking?
    • B
      bhunterJul 31, 2025
If the control box is not responding and the relay isn't clicking, there are several possible causes. The battery might be discharged, in which case you should charge it. The battery charger could be defective, so consider replacing it. The battery itself might be defective and need replacement. Finally, the hand control could be defective, requiring replacement.

Why is my Lumex LF1030 patient lift not going up or down?
    • W
      washingtonrichardAug 6, 2025
If the patient lift isn't moving up or down, it could be due to air in the cylinder. To resolve this, bleed the cylinder by turning the release knob and pushing down on the mast, then pump up the lift again and turn the release knob again. Another possibility is a loss of hydraulic fluid due to a leaking cylinder, in which case you should replace the leaking cylinder.

What to do if the actuator of my Lumex LF1030 does not run, but the relay is clicking?
    • S
      Shannon LopezAug 12, 2025
If the actuator isn't running but the relay is clicking, first ensure the actuator plug is firmly pushed into the control box. If that doesn't work, the actuator itself might be defective and need replacement. Alternatively, the control box could be defective, requiring replacement.
