OPERATORS MANUAL
· The chaintension is right, when the mark on the driven
pulley moves 5-10 mm. (Chain moves if it is pressed e.g.
with a screw driver through the oil filling cap.)
Adjusting
The chain is tightened when the adjusting screw is screwed
down. Always turn the screw by hand as far as possible.

TRACK TENSION AND ALIGNMENT
Tension
NOTE: Ride the snowmobile in snow about 15 to 20 minutes prior
to adjusting track tension.
Lift rear of snowmobile and support it with a snowmobile
mechanical stand.
Allow the suspension to extend normally and check gap half-way
along slider shoe. The gap should be as given in the specification
section of this guide. If the track tension is too loose, track will have
tendency to thumb.
