Self-test
Key Combination Instruction
Press and hold the following key combination then power on can achieve some special functions.
G7，A7，B7: Firmware update mode
A0，Bb0，B0，C#1: System self-test mode
System self-test function could assist QA do a comprehensive check with these functions: LEDs, MIDI
OUT ports, function buttons, keyboard, pedals, USB and so on.
Before power on, please complete the preparatory work as following:
Insert a USB flash disk to the digital piano.
Connect the MIDI OUT port to a audio device via a MIDI cable.
Insert the Sustain, Foot Switch and Expresssion pedal.
Display Description
There is no display on MK50,so the tester can only determine the correctness by observing the
LEDs and the MIDI code.
Correct: The Octave LED- will switch the color in blue and green.
Incorrect: The Octave LED+ will light red.
Operation Instructions
There are only two buttons on MK50,so all test items are entered by operating the first controller. If
you enter a test item, you must finish the test item, or you can’t exit the test item.
