Additional safety instructions for
pneumatictools
• Compressed air can cause severeinjury.
• Always shut off air supply, and disconnect tool from air
supply when not inuse.
• Always disconnect tool from compressed air supply
before changing accessories, making adjustments and/
or repairs, when moving away from an operating area
to a differentarea.
• Keep fingers away from trigger when not operating
the tool and when moving from one operating position
to another. Never direct compressed air at yourself or
anyoneelse.
• Whipping hoses can cause severe injury. Always check for
damaged or loose hoses orfittings.
• Never carry a pneumatic tool by itshose.
• Never drag a pneumatic tool by itshose.
• When using pneumatic tools, do not exceed the
maximum operating pressure PSI max (max. PSI, bar
orkPa).
• Pneumatic tools should only be powered by compressed
air at the lowest pressure required for the work process
to reduce noise and vibration and minimisewear.
• Using oxygen or combustible gases for operating
pneumatic tools creates a fire and explosionhazard.
• Never use oxygen or combustible gases for operating
pneumatic tools. These gasses create a fire and
explosionhazard.

• If the tool is in an area where there is static dust, it may disturb
the dust and cause ahazard.
• Stay alert. Do not use the tool while tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol , or medication .
• Use only impact accessories . Non-impact accessories may
break and cause a hazardous condit ion. Inspect accessories
prior to use to ensure that it contains nocracks.
• Do not operate this tool in the presence of flammable
liquids , gasses, dust, or explosive atmospheres
• This tool is not insulated against electric shock, contact
with a live wire will make exposed metal parts live
• Always turn off the air supply and disconnect the air
supply hose before installing , removing or adjusting
any accessory on this tool, or before performing any
maintenance on thistool.
• Avoid unintentional starting . Be sure trigger is off before
connecting to the airsupply.
• For safety, top performance, and maximum durability
of parts, operate this tool at 90psig (6 .2 bar / 620kPa)
maximum air pressure at the inlet with 3/8 " (10mm)
inside diameter air supply hose. Adequate air supply
volume is required for full power. Restrictions in the supply and
volume will cause a drop in air pressure when the trigger is
pulled resulting in lowerpower.
• Do not use damaged , frayed or deteriorated air hoses
andfittings.
• Do not lubricate tools with flammable or volatile liquids
such as kerosene, diesel or jetfuel.
• Ensure that the manufacturer's tool operating/safety
instructions, warnings and labels are available to all
tool operators and users. Do not use tool with missing
or damaged safety warning label(s) and changed
damagedlabels.
• Never hold the drive, socket or driveextension.
• Never modify or use the tool for any operation other than its
intendeduse.
• Tool service must be performed by qualified repair
personnel. When servicing, use only Mac Tools
authorized , identical replacement parts. Use only
lubricants recommended by Mac Tools
• Do not use this tool at heights exceeding 6feet (2m)
• Some dust created by power sanding, sawing , grinding,
drilling, and other construction activities contains
chemicals known to the State of California to cause
cancer, birth defects or other reproductiveharm.
• Do not use the tool if the trigger does not turn the tool
on or off
• Accessories and tools get hot during operation . Wear
gloves when touching them
• Inspect anvils and hog rings prior to use. Missing or
damaged items should be replaced before use
