The Magellan Triton 500 reinvents handheld GPS navigation

exceptional ease of use. Completely re-engineered both inside
and out, the Triton 500 is the eighth generation of handheld
devices from Magellan and also features the rugged, waterproof
design that outdoor enthusiasts need and expect.

User Manual Optional
The Triton 500 is so easy to use that its user manual may
never make it out of the box. The “Go To” menu includes
friendly icons and helpful categories like Go To, Create, and
View. From there a few ‘Go’ button clicks are all that’s needed
to navigate its many advanced features. No Ph.D. required!

Detailed Maps
Pre-loaded base maps identify major rivers, lakes, cities, and
other geographical boundaries. The Triton 500 also allows
users to upload third-party topo and street maps.
Battery Powered
Easily replaceable in the field, AA batteries provide users with a
readily-available power source.
Extremely Rugged and Waterproof
The Triton 500’s rugged design defeats harsh environments.
Built to withstand a drop to concrete, it’s also waterproof to
IPX-7 standards—which means it can be immersed in up to
one meter of water for as long as 30 minutes.
