CHECK THE RHS PRETENSIONER
NEGATIVE LINE FOR ISOLATION FROM
POWER
SRSF2
Measure the voltage between:
(+) Red Probe of Multimeter
Vehicle Battery
(-) Black Probe of Multimeter
Airbag Simulator, Fitted in RHS Pretensioner
Is the voltage more than 3.7V?
An intermittent fault may be present in the wiring
harness. Visually check for chaffed wires or other
physical damage to the harness. If no fault is found
in the circuit, suspect the following component(s):
a) RHS Pretensioner connector.
b) Airbag module connector.
c) Floor Interconnector
d) RHS Pretensioner assembly.
e) Airbag module.
