CHECK THE LHS PRETENSIONER
POSITIVE LINE FOR ISOLATION FROM
GROUND
SRSG1
Deactivate the Airbag system. (Follow the procedure given in the Deactivation sheet.)
Turn the ignition key to ON position.
Measure the voltage between:
(+) Red Probe of Multimeter
Airbag Simulator, Fitted with LHS Pretensioner
(-) Black Probe of Multimeter
Vehicle Battery
Red Colour extension Negative Terminal
Is the voltage more than 1.1 V?
YES
GO to SRSG2
No
GO to SRSG3
