Please read and keep these instructions. Indoor use only.
WARNING
Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service or maintenance can cause property damage,
injury or death. Read the installation, operating and maintenance instructions thoroughly before
installing or servicing this equipment. If installing the fryer with Propane (LP) gas, a Commercially
Approved Regulator MUST be installed on the fryer in addition to the tank regulator. Units installed
without an external appliance regulator will cause damage to parts and will void the warranty.
