[3]-4. Crank section
DISASSEMBLING
Gear housing
complete
Armature
Set Crank pin at dead point on Handle
assembling side as illustrated bellow.
1 Strike Crank housing as illustrated below. Crank shaft is
removed together with Helical gear 57 and Ball bearing 6206LLU.
2 Piston can be removed together with Connecting rod.

Seal ring
M4x18 Pan head screw (4pcs.)
Disassemble Gear housing complete
with Armature from Crank housing.
Disassemble Crank cap cover, Crank
cap, Seal ring by unscrewing four
M4x18 Pan head screws.

Remove Air pipe
(only for HM1213C).
Filter can be removed
from Crank cap.

Replace O ring 35 and O ring 31.5 with the new ones in the following cases.
* When damage or wear is recognized.
* When carbon brush is replaced.
