L-L SYSTEM
Il sistema L-L (g.47), può essere applicato su tutta la
gamma degli smontagomme automatici M&B (TC522 e
TC528) mantenendo inalterate le caratteristiche di base
delle macchine.
Questo dispositivo funziona solo quando il
braccio verticale è bloccato.
Per bloccarlo, agire sulla manopola come indi-
cato in gura 47a.
• Posizionare la torretta di montaggio sul bordo del cer-
chio e bloccarla con l’apposita manopola (g.47a).
• Con il comando di gura 47b, azionare il dispositivo per
l’operazione di montaggio e smontaggio.
IMPORTANTE: Nelle operazioni di smontaggio del primo
tallone, per agevolare l’ingresso dell’utensile di smon-
taggio, mantenere premuto il pedale di rotazione del
piatto autocentrante (g.1-A).
L-L SYSTEM
The L-L system (g.47), can be applied to the whole ran-
ge of M&B automatic tyre chengers (TC522 and TC528)
without changing the basic features of the machine.
This device functions only when the vertical
arm is locked.
To lock it, turn the handle as shown in gure
47a.
• Position the mounting column on the edge of the rim
and lock it in position with the relevant handle(g. 47a).
• With the control in g. 47b, activate the device for
mounting and demounting operations.
IMPORTANT: During the demounting operations on the
rst bead, keep the chuck plate rotation pedal pressed
to assist the entry of the demounting tool (g. 1-A).
