Check the tension of the upper boom-
chains and if necessary correct their
tension.
Completely extract the telescopic
boom in the horizontal position
(fig.C7/3).
Make sure that the chains are still
under tension (keep the boom extension
lever pushed for a few seconds).
Measure the distance between the
underside of the chain and the boom
with the aid of a gauge or ruler
(fig.C7/3A - C7/3B).
If the values obtained are lower than
those in the table below, adjust the
chains tension.
Boom 1° extension
Minimum measurement: H1 ≥ 80 mm
Maximum measurement:H1 ≤ 100 mm
Boom 2° extension
Minimum measurement: H2 ≥ 80 mm
Maximum measurement:H2 ≤ 100 mm
Die Vorspannung der Ketten kontrollie-
ren
und gegebenenfalls mit einem
geeigneten Werkzeug nachspannen:
Den Teleskoplader abstützen. Den
Teleskop vollständig horizontal
ausfahren.
(Abb. C7/3). Sicherstellen, daß die
Ketten gespannt sind.
Den Abstand zwischen
der Unterseite der Kette und der
Oberseite des Teleskop mit
einem geeignetem Messinsrument
prüfen.(Abb. C7/3A - C7/3B).
Falls die Werte
unter den in der folgenden Tabelle
angegebenen Werten liegen, so
müssendie Ketten eingestellt werden.

Max. Abmessung: H1 ≤ 100 mm
Arm 2. Auszug
Min. Abmessung: H2 ≥ 80 mm

Controllare la tensione delle catene
superiore braccio ed eventualmente
ritensionarle utilizzando una apposita
chiave:
Posizionare il carrello su stabilizzatori.
Sfilare completamente il braccio tele-
scopico in posizione orrizzontale (fig.
C7/3).
Assicurarsi che le catene siano rima-
ste in tensione (tenere premuto per
qualche secondo la leva sfilo braccio).
Misurare la distanza fra lato inferiore
catena e braccio con l'ausilio di un
calibro o righello (fig.C7/3A - C7/3B).
Se i valori risultati sono inferiori a
quelli della tabella sottostante proce-
dere alla registrazione delle catene.
Braccio 1° sfilo
Misura minima: H1 ≥ 80 mm
Misura massima: H1 ≤ 100 mm

Misura minima: H2 ≥ 80 mm
