G - EVERY 3000 HOURS SERVICE OR

G1 - Change the dry air filter safety car-
tridge
- To remove and refit the dry air filter, see:
( 3 - MAINTENANCE: “E6 – DRY AIR FILTER
CARTRIDGE”).
- Remove the safety cartridge “1” (Fig.G1) of
the dry air filter very carefully, to reduce
leakage of dust to the minimum.
- Carefully clean the seat of the filter gaskets
with a wet clean cloth that does not leave
lint.
- Before the assembly, check the state of
the new safety cartridge “4” (see: 3 –
MAINTENANCE: FILTER ELEMENTS AND
BELTS).
- Insert the cartridge in the filter and posi-
tion it by pres sing on the edge of the
filter, not in the center.
NOTE: The safety cartridge replacement fre-
quency is purely indicative. It must
be replaced with every three repla-
cements of the dry air filter cartridge.

G1 - Sostituire la cartuccia di sicurezza
del filtro a secco dell’aria
- Per smontare e rimontare la cartuccia
del filtro a secco dell’aria, vedere: (3 -
MANUTENZIONE: “E6 - CARTUCCIA DEL
FILTRO A SECCO DELL’ARIA”).
- Estrarre con precauzione la cartuccia
“1”(fig.G1) di sicurezza del filtro a
secco dell’aria, per ridurre al minimo la
fuoriuscita di polvere.
- Pulire con cura la sede delle guarnizioni
del filtro con uno straccio umido, pulito e
che non lasci filacce.
- Prima del montaggio controllare lo stato
della nuova cartuccia di sicurezza (vedere:
3 - MANUTENZIONE: ELEMENTI FILTRANTI
E CINGHIE).
- Introdurre la cartuccia nel filtro e
posizionarla premendo sul bordo della
cartuccia e non al centro.
NOTA: La periodicità di sostituzione della
cartuccia di sicurezza viene data a
titolo puramente indicativo. Deve
essere sostituita ogni tre sostituzioni
della cartuccia del filtro a secco
dell’aria.
G - CADA 3000 HORAS DE
FUNCIONAMIENTO O CADA 3 AÑOS
G1 - Sustituir el cartucho de seguridad
del filtro seco de aire
- Para desmontar y volver a montar el
cartucho del filtro de aire seco, véase:
(3 - MANTENIMIENTO: “E6 - CARTUCHO
DEL FILTRO DE AIRE”).
- Quitar el cartucho “1”(fig.G1) de seguridad
del filtro de aire con cuidado, para reducir
al máximo la caída del polvo.
- Limpiar la superficie de las juntas del
filtro con un trapo húmedo limpio y sin
pelusas.
- Antes del montaje, controlar el estado
del nuevo cartucho de seguridad (véase:
3 - MANTENIMIENTO: ELEMENTOS
FILTRANTES Y CORREAS).
- Colocar el cartucho en el filtro y colocarlo
presionando sobre los bordes y no sobre
el centro.
NOTA: Se menciona a título indicativo la
frecuencia de sustitución del
cartucho de seguridad. Se debe
cambiar el cartucho del filtro de aire
cada tres sustituciones.
