• When you are ready to serve, press CLR / OFF
button and then remove the cooker from the electric
unit, using the body handles.
• Open the cooker (following the steps outlined
under the pressure cooking section) and serve.
d) STEAMING:
This function quickly steams vegetables, shellfish etc.
• Pour one cup ( 7 oz ) of water into the cooker body.
•Place the food to be steamed in the steamer basket
provided.
•Place the trivet inside the body and keep the basket
on the trivet. Ensure that the bottom of the basket
is above the water level.
•Place glass lid on cooker.
• Using the body handles place the cooker on the
electric unit.
•Press the “SET” button once and the time will jump
to “04” minutes. Keep pressing till you get the
required steaming time on the display.
•Press “START” button. The right most decimal LED
indicator will start flashing. Ensure “POWER ON”
LED is lit. If not shake the pot slightly to ensure
contact.
• Once the cooking cycle is complete, the unit will go
into “WARM” mode and the display will indicate
“ ”
• When you are ready to serve, press “CLR/OFF”
button and then remove the cooker from the electric
unit, using the body handles.
• Open the cooker and serve.
e) PASTA MAKING:
The steamer basket can also be used as a Pasta Maker.
• Pour adequate water into the cooker body.
•Place Pasta inside the steamer/pasta basket and
place it inside the cooker body. Ensure that the
water level is above the pasta.
