Line Out Level
Set according to the terminal (VARIABLE or FIXED) where the amplifier is
connected. Use this setting when connecting a Marantz amplifier to this
unit using remote control connection. (v p. 33)
Variable
(Default):
When the “Power Sync” function is used,
the input source of the Marantz amplifier
switches to “POWER AMP” Control the
volume of the audio signal output from this
unit’s analog audio output terminals
(VARIABLE) with the HEOS app or TV
remote control unit (HDMI control function).
Fixed:
When the “Power Sync” function is used,
the input source of the Marantz amplifier
switches to “CD”. Control the volume of the
Marantz amplifier connected to this unit
with the HEOS app or TV remote control
unit (HDMI control function).
Variable Out
You can stop the circuit that outputs audio from the analog audio output
terminals (VARIABLE) of this unit. This prevents the audio signal output
from the analog audio output terminals (FIXED) from being affected. If you
will not use the analog audio output terminals (VARIABLE), turning this
setting off enables a higher quality of sound.
On
(Default):
Enables variable audio output.
Off: Disables variable audio output.
