DESCRIPTION
These scales with body fat measuring use a
high precision strain gauge to register weight
and changes in weight on your smartphone.
The product can transfer weight data to a
smartphone using Bluetooth, and create a
curve of weight changes so that it is easy to see
trends. The app must be downloaded in order
to use the product.
ASSEMBLY
INSERTING THE BATTERIES
Open the battery compartment on the back
and insert the batteries with the correct
polarity. If batteries are already inserted, pull
out the insulation strip.
You can either use two or four 1.5 V AAA
batteries. Or one or two 3 V (CR2032) lithium
batteries.
When using 3 V (CR2032) lithium batteries
1. Remove the battery with a pointed utensil.
2. Put one end of the new battery under the
battery holder and press down the battery
in place. Make sure to put in the battery
with the correct polarity.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not use the product in damp or very
hot areas.
• Temperature range: 5 to 35°C.
• Stand rmly on the product with your bare
feet on the electrodes on the platform.
Avoid putting weight near the edge of the
scales to avoid the product tipping over,
which could cause personal injury.
• Avoid dropping the product and do not
subject it to knocks and blows – risk of
material damage. This product is a
precision instrument that must be
handled carefully.
• Keep the product clean. Do not use strong
or corrosive detergents.
• Do not use the product where there are
strong vibrations. Stand rmly on the
platform when in use.
• Measure your weight at the same time
every day for best results.
• Replace the battery as soon as the battery
charge is low, otherwise there is a risk that
battery leakage will damage the product.
• Pregnant women, persons with oedema
and persons who are undergoing dialysis
should not use the product. Persons with
pacemakers or other medical implants
should not use the product.
• The calculated values for water content or
body fat should only be used for reference
and not for medical purposes. Consult a
doctor if water content or body fat
percentage is higher or lower than
normal.
• Avoid contact with strong electromagnetic
elds when using the product.
• Do not use the product on a wet surface.
