If the unit was recently serviced, refrigerant overcharge could be the problem; in this case, evacuate and recharge to factory specifications. Lastly, a defective pressure control could be the issue; check the limit cutout pressures, noting that the control should actuate at approximately 60 PSIG (low pressure) and 650 PSIG (high pressure).
