  If you're experiencing frequent pilot outages with your Masport Stove, it could be due to several reasons. The pilot flame might be too low or too high, causing the pilot safety to shut off. To fix this, clean and adjust the pilot for optimal flame impingement on the thermopile and/or thermocouple. Additionally, check the two-way switch wires and the thermopile/thermocouple wires for any grounding against the gas appliance or gas supply. Trace these wires to identify and correct any grounding issues.

  If your Masport Stove's pilot is lit but no gas is reaching the burner even with the valve knob and wall switch on, start by checking the wire connections at the two-way switch or wall switch to ensure they are properly connected. You can use a jumper wire across the terminals of the switch; if the burner ignites, the switch needs replacement. If the switch is not the issue, inspect the valve wires for defects. If they seem fine, use a jumper wire at the valve's TH-THTP terminals. If the unit then turns on, replace the valve wires or check for loose connections.
