IV. Troubleshooting 3──back traveling motor does not work

1. The motor fault
2. Wire fault connected
3. The circuit fault

▲ The Failure analysis method
1. Motor fault check：
Used the Multimeter to check the resistance of motor ,the correct
Value is 30～80Ω. (reference to sheet 1).If between this range ,
the motor is fault, pls change the motor
2. Wire fault connected：
The wire plug bad connected will cause the motor can catch the DC24V voltage
from the drive board . Pic:15.16. find the CON19 plug in the drive board and
the wire pug of the travel motor , check whether they are good connected . if they are good connect , the fault is not from the wire .
