IV. Troubleshooting 4——Airbag function abnormal
▲ Airbag function abnormal shows as follows:
1. Air pump could not start makes the air function can’t work
2. Air pump could not cut off
3. A group of airbags could not inflate
4. A group of airbags could not deflate
▲ Details failure analysis method
1. Airbag function abnormal shows as follows:
1) Air pump defect, it is coil open, according to sheet 1, the normal resistance is 110～120Ω, if not, please change
the air pump.
2) There is no AC24V power for air pump, as picture 22 it may defect of “BCR5PM” silicon controlled, “3023”
optocoupler, “8050” audion, change the defect components or mother board can solve the problem.
2. Air pump cannot cut off
Picture22 “BCR5PM” silicon controlled and or “8050” audion is punched through, which makes the power 24v
connect all the time. Then air pump powered on all the time, in this condition, change the mother board can solve the
problem.
