Usage Features:
The ice maker features a user-friendly control panel with buttons for POWER, SELECT (ice size mode), and CLEAN.
- POWER: Turns the machine on/off. The power indicator light flashes when plugged in and turns on when the machine starts.
- SELECT: Allows selection between small and large ice sizes. The default mode is large ice. Small ice takes over eight minutes to make, while large ice takes over nine minutes. It is recommended to use large ice mode for ambient temperatures above 25°C (77°F) and small ice mode for ambient temperatures below 20°C (68°F).
- CLEAN: Initiates an approximately 4-minute cleaning cycle where the water pump draws water through the appliance.
- ADD WATER Alarm: A red light indicates insufficient water in the reservoir, requiring the user to add water and press POWER to restart.
- ICE FULL Alarm: A flashing "ICE FULL" light indicates the ice storage container is full, stopping operation until ice is removed. The machine automatically restarts when the ice level drops below the full sensor.
- Water Type: Mineral water is recommended; pure water should not be used.
- Initial Use: After positioning, wait 2 hours and keep the transparent lid open for at least 2 hours before first use.
- Operation Notes:
- If indoor temperature is below 20°C (68°F), choose small ice. For temperatures above 25°C (77°F), large ice is recommended.
- Initial ice batches may be small and irregular.
- Remove ice promptly when the basket is full to prevent overflow.
- Avoid repeatedly switching the power button (allow 5 minutes between turns) to prevent compressor damage.
- Do not insert metal sheets or other electric objects into the appliance.
- Do not use outdoors.
- In case of power failure or accidental power button press during an ice-making cycle, small ice chips may jam the automatic shovel. These can be removed by disconnecting power, gently pushing the shovel to the rear, and then restarting.
- If the ice shovel cannot move ice to the basket, check if the water reservoir is level. Gently push the shovel and press POWER to restart.
- If the "ADD WATER" indicator remains lit after a period of inactivity, press the POWER button again to return to normal operation.
- The compressor may delay 3 minutes before starting if it was previously stopped due to water shortage, ice full, or power failure.
- Ice cubes may appear "Cloudy" due to fast freezing, which is air trapped in the water and does not affect quality or taste.
- The compressor and condenser surface can reach high temperatures (70°C-90°C / 158°F-194°F) during operation.
- The appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person. Children should use the product under adult supervision.
