ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Attach Long Legs, Short Legs and Leg Braces

Assemble legs and braces using M6x20 bolts, ensuring correct orientation.

Step 2: Attach Bottom Mesh

Attach the bottom mesh to the legs using M6x45 bolts.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

First Use

Remove protective films and perform a 15-minute heat clean to dissipate manufacturing odors.

Lighting Instructions

Keep area clear, check vents, open lid, arrange charcoal, and light.

Direct Cooking

High heat method for small/thin foods; use meat thermometer for internal temperatures.

Indirect Cooking

Place coals on one side, meat above water pan; sear foods and add flavor chips.
