Why is there no smoke coming from my Master Forge Smokers?

  If your Master Forge Smoker isn't producing smoke, the first thing to check is the wood chip box. Make sure you add wood to the wood chip box. If the wood chip box is full and there is still no smoke, the heating element may not be functioning. In this case, do not use the smoker and contact the manufacturer.
