This electric smoker is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when properly
assembled, used and cared for as directed in these instructions for one (1) year from the date of original
retail purchase. Painted surfaces are guaranteed to be free of defects for 90 days from the date of
original retail purchase (except for rust, which may appear from repeated use). This warranty does not
cover damage or issues related to neglect, abuse, accident, transportation damages, commercial use or
ANY modications made to this product. Repair labor is not covered. This warranty is the only warranty
offered and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, which includes implied
warranty, merchandising or use for a particular purpose.
