UNPACKING
Carefully unpack the bench jointer and all of its parts, and compare them against the list below. Do
not discard the carton or any packaging until the bench jointer is completely assembled. Remove
the protective coating from all unpainted surfaces. This coating may be removed with a soft cloth
moistened with kerosene (do not use acetone, gasoline or lacquer thinner for this purpose). After
cleaning, cover the unpainted surfaces with a good quality household floor paste wax.
V. Assembly and adjustments
WARNING: IF ANY PART IS MISSING OR DAMAGED, DO NOT PLUG THE BENCH JOINTER
IN UNTIL THE MISSING OR DAMAGED PART IS REPLACED.
