MOUNTING FENCE (Fig. 4-9)
- Assemble the fence mounting bracket (A) Fig. 4 to
the jointer base using the two M6 x 35 mm hexagonal
screws (B) (Fig. 4).
- Slide groove of fence (C) (Fig. 5) over hexagonal
screws (D) lying in the sliding fence bracket. Do not
completely tighten four hex nuts (E) at this time.
- Position fence (F) (Fig. 6) so that rounded section (G)
on bottom of fence is over cutterhead opening. At the
same time, assemble the fence sliding bracket (H) and
fence assembly (I) (FIg. 7) to mounting bracket (A)
using the lever (J), M6 flat washer (K) and special nut
(L) (Fig. 7 & 8).
- Tighten four hex nuts (E) with wrench (provided)
(Fig. 9).
