  Your MasterForce Remote Starter might fail to jump start your car due to several reasons: * Poor connection to the battery or frame. Ensure connection points are clean. * Reversed connections. Disconnect the jump starter and reverse the clamps. * The unit's battery is not charged. Check the charge status by pressing the Battery Status button. * Defective vehicle battery. Have the battery checked. * The unit is not turned on. Turn the unit's ON/OFF switch to the ON position.

  Your MasterForce Remote Starter might not power your 12V device due to these possible causes: 1. The 12V device is not turned on. Ensure the device is switched on. 2. The internal battery is not charged. Check the battery charge status by pressing the Battery Status button. 3. The 12V device draws more than 20A, has a short circuit, or the internal fuse has blown. A qualified service person needs to replace the internal 20A fuse.
