REPLACE THE GUIDE BAR AND
THE CHAIN
1. Loosen the chain cover by turning the
chain cover knob counterclockwise.
2. Remove the chain cover.

3. Put the chain drive links into the bar
groove.
4. Put the chain cutters in the direction of
the chain operation.
5. Put the chain in position and make sure
that the loop is behind the guide bar.

MAINTENANCE
6. Hold the chain and bar.
7. Put the chain loop around the sprocket.
8. Make sure the chain tension pin hole on
Sprocket

9. Install the chain cover.
10. Tighten the chain. Refer to Adjust the
chain tension.

11. Tighten the chain cover knob when the
chain is correctly tensioned.
NOTE: If you start the pole saw with a new
chain, check the tension after 2-3 minutes of
use, examine the tension and tighten the
chain if necessary.
