When using the appliance, it should be
placed on a stable platform beyond the
reach of children. Children should not be
allowed to operate alone to avoid electric
shock and scalding.
When the appliance is working, steam will
come out. Do not put your face or hands
near the air outlet to avoid scalding. Do not
place objects near the steam outlet.
When the appliance is in use, the body, inside
of the enamel pot, and the lid of the enamel pot
will become hot. Do not touch to avoid scalding.

Overview

The MasterPro Electric Precision Dutch Oven is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for a wide range of cooking functions, offering convenience and precise control for various culinary tasks.

Function Description

The Dutch Oven features a comprehensive control panel with an LED display and multiple function buttons, allowing users to select from various cooking modes:

  • Slow Cook Function: This function allows for slow cooking over an extended period. Users can adjust the cooking time from 1 to 4 hours and the temperature from 60°C to 98°C. The default slow cooking time is 3 hours at 98°C. After the cooking cycle, it automatically switches to a heat preservation mode at 60°C for 12 hours.
  • Sauté Function: Designed for sautéing, this mode offers adjustable cooking times from 1 to 59 minutes, with a default of 30 minutes. The temperature can be set between 150°C and 210°C, with a default of 210°C. It also transitions to heat preservation mode after cooking.
  • Braise Function: For braising, the appliance provides a cooking time range of 1 to 4 hours, with a default of 2 minutes. This function automatically enters heat preservation mode upon completion.
  • Steam Function: This function is for steaming, with an adjustable cooking time from 1 to 59 minutes and a default of 20 minutes. Like other functions, it shifts to heat preservation mode after the cycle.
  • Egg Function (Boiled): Specifically for boiling eggs, this function has an adjustable cooking time from 1 to 59 minutes, with a default of 10 minutes. It also includes an automatic transition to heat preservation.
  • Soup Function: Ideal for preparing soups, this function allows for cooking times between 10 minutes and 1 hour, with a default of 50 minutes. It automatically switches to heat preservation mode after cooking.
  • Rice Function: This function is dedicated to cooking rice. The time and temperature for this function are not adjustable, and it automatically enters heat preservation mode after completion. The default cooking time is 45 minutes.
  • Cake Function: For baking cakes, this function's time and temperature are not adjustable. It automatically transitions to heat preservation mode after the cooking cycle. The default cooking time is 45 minutes.
  • Yogurt Function: This function is for making yogurt, with an adjustable cooking time from 1 to 24 hours, and a default of 8 hours. It also automatically switches to heat preservation mode after the cycle.
  • Keep Warm Function: The cooker automatically keeps food warm after most cooking functions are complete. This function can also be manually started or canceled at any time.
  • Delay Function: This feature allows users to set a delayed start for several cooking functions, including slow cook, sauté, steam, egg, soup, rice, and cake. The delay time can be set from 1 minute to 24 hours.

Maintenance Features

  • External Cleaning: Wipe the external surface with a soft damp cloth. Do not wash or immerse the appliance directly in water.
  • Enamel Pot/Lid Cleaning: Rinse with water and detergent, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive metal scrubbers or brushes on the enamel liner.
  • Pre-use Preparation (Enamel Pot): Before cooking, smear a small amount of oil onto the enamel pot surface and slowly preheat. Remove the oil once the pot has cooled.
  • Utensil Recommendation: To prevent damage to the enamel coating, use silicone or wooden utensils. Avoid stainless steel utensils.
