LIMITED WARRANTY
Matco Tools warrants to the original product purchaser that each product it manufactures will be
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service within a period of
Three years from the date of purchase. Matco Tools warranty does not apply to accessories, fuses,
fusible resistors, spark gaps, batteries or any product which, in Matco Tools’ opinion, has been
misused, altered, neglected, or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or
handling.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. MATCO TOOLS
WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
