Troubleshooting Guide
Note: Some devices need to have Bluetooth enabled or placed in “discoverable” mode before the
console can connect to them. Additionally, many devices will automatically connect to the user’s other
devices by default; any other connections the Bluetooth device defaults to must be disconnected.
Note: Only one device from each category can be connected at a time.
GymKit Syncing
Apple GymKit provides seamless syncing of workout data and biometrics with an enabled Apple Watch.
Users can connect their Apple Watch to the console by swiping it on the RFID scanner. Once connected,
the console will display the following icon:
If the connection is interrupted or lost, the icon will turn gray and the console will attempt to reconnect
for ~30 seconds. If no reconnection is established, the icon will revert to its initial state.
Some Apple Watches must be paired to an enabled iPhone for GymKit to function properly (the infinity
sign highlighted in the image above will light up).
In some cases, “Detect Gym Equipment” must be enabled on the Apple Watch.
Qi Wireless charger
Wireless-charging enabled devices can be charged by placing on the Qi charge transmitter, in the center
of the reading rack.
Anything between the back of the device and the charger can reduce performance and/or cause
damage. Recommended to remove any cases, ID or credit cards, key fobs, etc from device before
charging.
USB port
Personal devices can be plugged into the USB port to charge, as well as for media playback.
USB Charging Specs: 5V/2.1A.
Refer to USB Troubleshooting if the USB port isn’t functioning as expected.
