Additional Information
By disconnecting everything but the console cable, failed components (i.e. stuck keys, shorted
LEDs, bad Wi-Fi board, etc.) no longer cause faults. If the console appears to work as expected
with nothing else connected, failure is likely with one of the parts connected to it.
The Frame DC Power Board is a component installed in the frame to provide additional power to
the console. On Touch & TouchXL consoles, if it fails or is not connected, the User Fan, Front
USB Port, and QI wireless device charger will no longer function. Additional detail on access,
function testing, and replacement can be found in the appropriate Frame Troubleshooting
Guide.
