6. Set up the console as though it is brand new; refer to Console Setup.
Out of Order
If the console is displaying “Out of Order”, press and hold the upper right and lower left-hand corners of
the display for 5-10 seconds. This will clear the message.
Team Viewer Access
The console is equipped with the Team Viewer app to allow a remote technician access to the console to
assist in troubleshooting.
To allow access to the machine through Team Viewer, follow these steps:
1. Touch and hold on the Matrix logo, top center of the display to access the Product Dashboard.
2. Touch the “TeamViewer Controls” button.
3. Send the product ID to the technician attempting to access the console remotely.
4. Have the tech access the console through Team Viewer on their Android device.
5. Press Allow when prompted.
