GETTING STARTED
Step 1:
Preheat your grill, smoker or oven to your desired roasting
temperature.
Step 2:
Remove the ET-735 Thermometer back cover with a small
Phillips screwdriver. Install 2 AAA batteries (not included)
and replace back cover.
